Chiru has over Rs. 30-cr. assets
HYDERABAD: Praja Rajyam president K. Chiranjeevi has assets over Rs. 30.60 crore, including his Jubilee Hills residence (Rs. 14.36 crore), jewellery worth Rs. 1.95 crore, cash to the tune of Rs. 6.24 lakh, deposits with banks and private finance companies to the tune of Rs. 21.20 lakh and a sum of Rs. 1.12 crore invested in stocks and bonds.
According to a declaration that he filed along with his nomination at Palacole on Friday, the value of automobiles used by the megastar-turned-politician is Rs. 8.27 lakh.
A major chunk of his assets are in the form of lands and other immoveable property. They include 27 kuntas of agricultural land in Ranga Reddy district, valued at Rs. 1.35 crore. He has an outstanding loan of Rs. 59.03 lakh.
